Old and new poster
Me and Emma also decided after getting feedback that we should change our advertisement poster as it does not have an image of the band, and that has made it less effective. However, if we were to change our advert poster by adding and image of 'The Red Hot Chili Kids' then our target audience would see the band on the advert and straight away want to read more.
These two images show our original advert poster and our new one. We have kept a lot the same but taken out the logo and added individual images of 'The Red Hot Chili Kids'. As you can see from my previous post that the image we have used for the advert poster is the same we used for our digi pak. We decided that this was a good and affective idea as it means that the demographic will see and have a link between the advertisement of the album and the album itself.
Old and new digi pak cover
The top image here was mine and Emma's original digi pak cover. After getting feedback we decided that it would be better to use an image on the front cover because then it would look more effective and the demographic would see the band on the cover a recognize who the artist is.The next image is our new front page for our digi pak. We decided on individual shots of each member of the band and having the images in a square in the center of the cover. By just having and image and the title of the artists and album I think that it has improved the cover of our digi pak and it looks more professional then our previous one.
Digi pak
Here is the inside cover, track list and CD part of mine and Emma's digi pak. We decide to use black, white and red as our colours for the digi pak and we also decided that black and white images were better to use than colourful images as it made are digi pak more effective.
For our inside cover we have used individual images of each member of the band and we have also changed around 'The Red Hot Chili Peppers' logo and made one for our band. On the inside cover it also has a thank you message for the fans, managers, friends and family for their constant support for the band. This is effective as it shows how much they appreciate everyone who has helped them be where they are today and it also makes the 'fans' feel as this album was made for them.

The image on our track list shows the set we used for our music video and two of the band members. We decide on this picture because it shows the band setting up and talking and it also shows the demographic that they are just ordinary/casual people even though they are 'famous'.
The CD part has been kept very simple with just the logo as it will be covered by the CD. By doing this it will make the other parts of the digi pak and stand out.

Reshooting
Over the filming period me and Emma have had to do many reshoots this has been stressful as the reshoots we had to do were because of minor things that we missed. For example some of our characters were wearing the wrong items of clothing or forgot to have their school bags on. Also things such as being able to see the tripod in the corner of a shot or the fact that our tri pod was broken. By re-doing these shots we know it will improve our music video.
Actors
Tom Bryant will be playing our victm of bullying and our lead singer. He is 13 years old but is very confident when acting infront of the camera. Having him as both the victm and lead singer is a good idea because he is telling his story through his music video. Tom was also a good person to use as he is reliable and has been fine with giving up lunch times in school and out of school hours to help us with this.
Sam Thomas will be playing one of the bullies and the bands bassist. He is 14 years old and was confident to be in the music video but not confident to be the main character. He is Emma's brother so we knew that we could always get hold of him for filming and he was always reliable and ready to do the filming in school and out of school
Dan McGrath will be playing one of the bullies and the bands guitarist. He is 14 years old and was not very confident when it came to filming however, her tried his best and was someone else who we knew we could rely on for filming.
Ben will be playing another bully and the bands drummer. He is 14 years and we know that he plays the drums so we decided that we could use him for the band more so then the story. He was always reliable when it came to filming and was a good person to use for our music video.
Extras
Katie, Crystal, Jess, Mel, Emily and Jas will be extras in our music video so that when it came to filming the in school scenes such as the classroom scene then you actually have a classroom full of people and it looks more like a realistic lesson. All these girls were reliable and ready to film.

Music Video
We have now completed our music video and after watching over and over we have decided that some shots continue for to long and they can be sorted by splitting the clip and adding a different shot in the middle of it. For example when Tom is walking up the stairs to his class room it is shot from the bottom of the stairs. We could split this clip and have a shot in the middle from upstairs and then go back to the shot where its being filmed from downstairs. This will also mean that we can get more close-ups of Tom and show how he is feeling.
Click here to watch our music video.
We have put our music video on Youtube, Facebook and Twitter so people can watch it and give us feedback on what was good and what could be improved..
